Coronavirus Safety Protocol

During this pandemic care to self & to others is our paramount concern.

Please note our Byron Town studio is currently closed.

Due to the current climate & chat in regards to the virus, we would appreciate you anchoring in the wellness of the Yogic limb, Ahimsa, minimising harm to self & to others by embodying the below:


  • Bring own large towel or Sarong to put on the mat during class. If possible bring your own mat to use. Class sizes have limited to ensure 1.5-2m distance between mats. 

  • Wipe down your mat after the class with the disinfectant bottles provided. surfaces are also regularly cleaned.

  • Wash hands before & after class.

  • Bringing your own sanitiser is also advised as we can only supply with availability at shops.

  • For peace of mind you may like to bring your own eye cushion + blanket + head cushion & any other equipment we use during classes. eg. weights, resistance band.

  • If you have any flu symptoms please demonstrate self care & care towards others by not coming to class.

  • If you have allergies and need to sneeze or cough please cover your mouth & nose.
