"Just wanted to give some more feedback from the retreat as now have had the benefits of a few weeks of reflecting on it and trying to put the learning into practice!

The retreat was an enriching experience - from the fantastic help gained in the class with postures, alignment and self care to the wonderful camaraderie of teachers, trainees, hosts and those of us attending the retreat. It felt a real gift to give that time to oneself in such a beautiful environment. The yoga nidra sessions were a wonderful way to end our day and ensured we integrated the physical and mindfulness elements of the Master Classes. The Retreat exceeded my already high expectations having read the website  ..... and was good fun! I have already booked my mat for 2017!

Since returning I am so much more aware of the ways to improve my posture - and the benefits of doing so particularly on my breathing and thoracic tightness. This is so helpful - as has been the advice re props. I now attend classes armed with blocks and belts and am much more confident about what variations to use with postures......and have a prop box here at home for my practice!."
