To secure your mat at the retreat we require a non-refundable deposit (unless the retreat is cancelled by Yogalates). Refer to our refund policy below.

Deposit & Refund Policy

To book your place at the Retreat, a deposit is required . This can be done by paying the booking fee online.


Our booking policy for cancellations; If a cancellation is made before 2 calendar months of the retreat the deposit will be refunded less a $40 Administration fee. If a cancellation is made within 2 calendar months period prior to the Retreat, your deposit is non-refundable, however it can be used as a credit for the following year.

All monies for the retreat must be paid in full 2 months prior to the commencement date of the Retreat.


The Retreat requires a minimum number of participants. Yogalates TM reserves the right to cancel the retreat no later than 5 weeks prior to the commencement date of the retreat and will refund any deposits made if the minimum number is not met or you can transfer your fee to the next retreat.

Yogalates TM provides a safe and caring environment. We ensure responsibility is taken throughout the retreat to each individual. You need to complete a medical history form with your registration. If you are unsure of your health to undertake the Retreat due to previous injuries or medical conditions please see your doctor beforehand. Modifications will be given to Individuals with special needs.

We recommend taking full Travel Insurance to cover yourself for any unforeseen circumstances such as retreat cancellations.
